Shifting your home is a significant event in your life. At Packer Solutions, we are committed to minimizing this stress and ensuring a seamless moving experience for you and your family. Our approach is structured and professional, as outlined below.
Pre Move Survey
Our experienced moving consultants will provide a detailed assessment of your move, including the volume of items, packing requirements, and methods to protect your belongings. We ensure you have all the necessary information for a smooth transition.
Moving Proposal
After completing the pre-move survey, we will provide you with a comprehensive, obligation-free proposal tailored to your needs.
Moving Protection
We use well-maintained, covered moving vans to ensure the safe transit of your belongings. Our fleet includes various container sizes, ranging from 14ft to 30ft, to accommodate all types of household items, including vehicles. Moving with containers ensures maximum safety for your possessions.
Transportation
Our transportation services are designed to provide a hassle-free experience. We ensure timely and secure delivery of your belongings to your new location.
Delivery
We understand the importance of setting up your new home quickly. Upon arrival at your new residence, our team will unpack, assemble, and place your items in the designated rooms as per your instructions. We also ensure all debris is removed, leaving your home ready to settle in.
I. Transportation and Risk
Consignments accepted for dispatch via our vehicles are carried entirely at the owner's risk. Customers are advised to secure valuables such as cash and jewelry separately. Any concerns during or after the service should be reported immediately. Packer Solutions is not liable for mishaps or damages unless caused by negligence. We recommend obtaining 'Freight Insurance' for added protection.
II. Packer Solutions Transit Insurance
- (a) Missing items must be reported with a Non-Delivery Certificate (NDC) or shortage form immediately.
- (b) Claims without an NDC will not be processed.
- (c) Claims must be submitted within 2 days of service completion.
- (d) For damages, obtain an LR copy and damage report certificate immediately.
III. Service Execution
- i. Customers must inform Packer Solutions in advance about vehicle access, distance to the lift/house gate, and vehicle retention time to ensure smooth service.
- ii. Packing materials provided by Packer Solutions remain our property and must be returned on the same day of unloading. Rent will be charged for delays as per our policy.
IV. Quotation and Fees
- i. Fees are subject to change based on factors such as movement date, inventory, or distance. Revised quotations will be provided if necessary.
- ii. Fees do not include dismantling or fitting of electrical appliances, union labor charges, or additional materials, which must be arranged separately by the customer.
V. Payment and Cancellation
- i. Payment methods are at the sole discretion of Packer Solutions.
- ii. In unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the token amount paid. If the customer cancels after our team reaches the pickup location, transportation charges will apply. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 1 day in advance.
VI. Note Regarding Kerala, India
Please note that unloading and unpacking services are not available in the state of Kerala, India.
