To ensure a hassle-free Cancellation/Refund process, we have outlined the following Cancellation/Refund policy. I. Cancellation Policy

Customers must notify us of any cancellation at least 2 days prior to the scheduled moving date. Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled moving date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the Advance cost.

II. Refund Policy

If a cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, a refund will be processed within 1 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the specified deadline.

III. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule the moving date at least 1 days in advance, subject to availability.

IV. Service Disruptions

In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to service disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a refund.

V. Client Responsibilities

Our company utilizes well-maintained vehicles equipped to handle various types of items. Clients will be informed of the estimated arrival time and date well in advance.

VI. Dispute Resolution

• (a) We take utmost care in handling your belongings, but in the rare event of damage or loss, our liability is limited to the terms outlined in our agreement.
• (b) Any disputes regarding cancellations, refunds, or other matters should be addressed through our designated customer service channels.

VII. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify our cancellation and refund policy. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
